Sarah Cameron Sunde (Director) is a director/translator committed to developing new American work and creating pro­ductions of foreign plays that resonate for American audiences. Among other projects, she directed three U.S. pre­mieres of plays by international master playwrights: The Asphalt Kissby Brazil's Nelson Rodrigues (Drama Desk-nomi­nated production), and her own translations of Night Sings its Songsand deathvariationsby Norway's Jon Fosse (upcoming publication in PAJ).  She is co-founder of Oslo Elsewhere and Translation Think Tank and the Associate Director of New Georges. She received a Princess Grace Award for her work with the company and will direct the upcoming production of Good Heifby Maggie Smith in October of this year.
